How-To: Weight Loss

Time for another installment of killerik.com's step-by-step, simple how-tos.

This edition is for anyone out there that wants to drop some of that extra poundage, before they pack it all on again this holiday season. All you have to do is follow these very easy instructions.

Step 1. Check Weight.

Step 2. Eat Less.

Step 3. Exercise More.

Step 4. Check Weight Again.

Now, don't go giving away this magical secret to a shrinking waistline. I'm giving you all a sneak peek of my 1 page book(not including the 150 pages of dedications and shout outs). It'll go on sale sometime soon(once I get over my nagging writer's block). MSRP: $29.99.

FYI: 3500 calories= 1 pound!

Huh, What step is buy 500 dollars worth of books and pills? Also, watch out for Dr. Phil, if you infringe on his books, he's apt to bring the beatdown on you.

Maybe I should rethink my strategy. Dr. Phil's a big man. Hopefully enough people will buy this book. That way I can hire some ex-KGB bodygaurds.

It all seems so SIMPLE!

For the vast majority of the people, that is indeed absolutely true. Need an endorsement?

However, as a nutritionist, I've encountered a few mysteries--like my own mother, for example, who eats far less than I do and exercises far more, and yet is heavy when I am very slim. It is not quite so easy for her, and I'm baffled as to why, as the guidelines you've laid out should really cover it.
